1. Terms of Service (TOS)

By accessing and using WebSafetyScan, you agree to comply with these terms. Our platform is a Software as a Service (SaaS) designed to provide website security, SEO, and performance analytics.

Purchasing a premium scan report is a final transaction. Upon successful payment, you are granted complete, uninterrupted access to the generated technical report.

You agree not to use our scanning tools for malicious purposes, including but not limited to: disrupting third‑party services, performing unauthorized penetration testing, or violating any applicable laws.

WebSafetyScan reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Privacy Policy & Data Processing

We prioritize your privacy. The websites you scan and the resulting reports are processed securely. We collect:

Account Data: Email address and hashed password (if you create an account).
Scan Data: URLs submitted for scanning and the resulting report data.
Payment Data: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
Analytics: Anonymous usage data (page views, feature usage) to improve the service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Data is stored on secured servers hosted within the European Union.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at contact@websafetyscan.com.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instant nature of our scan reports, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered.

However, if a technical error prevents the report from being delivered or if the report is incomplete due to a server-side issue, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

To request a refund, please contact contact@websafetyscan.com with your transaction ID and a description of the issue.
